A white on white S63 coupe passed by too today, my eyes were glued to it... so jealous
wonder if S coupe is getting similar upgrades for the engines.
speaking of the s coupe, i have no idea if dealers around here dropped the price on the s63 or what (the msrp is insane), in the past two weeks i have seen at least 3 new s63 coupe rolling through the streets and freeways. what a gorgeous car, it catches attention from far. and that sound, my goodness
For the pre-refresh model, 3 spoke wheel were a option (expense) available from second model year, which IMO is a must have as the standard one just scream old school. I'm glad they have it now. It still remain best flagship sedan, and one class up from everything else.
The new Lexus LS has impressed me as well, especially the interior.
the launch in shanghai and mercedes making it clear china is their largest and most important market.
impressive attention by the presenter to the chinese market, including several snippets of his speech in chinese.
^^ current drive pilot already reads signs. In fact, I love noticing when I drive past a speed limit sign and my instrument cluster and map will show the updated speed. It also knows how to read yellow speed limit signs for freeway exits and curves and can show them in color too. And what is most impressive is that it can read school signs and will display two speed limits in the instrument cluster: the normal speed limit, and also a "school" one set at 25mph
I like it, since I can't decide which powerplant to get, I'll probably get all 3, keep one, and give the other two away at the Holland Tunnel.....j/k. imho they set the trend, even more so than BMW. I rode in a M760i last week, and it's beautiful. But it's no S class.....(also pretty sure the M is the M sport, seems that all the car co's are making lite versions of their sport lines)
