I won't actually display my number, but this has been my favorite of the Custom Virginia plates for years.....the state bird (Cardinal) and state flower (Dogwood).

UGH so funny this thread came up. I just received a letter from the DMV after 4 months of waiting that my plate was not approved. 4 freaken months.

I think you misinterpreted his post. He meant to say that it's unfortunate that he had to wait 4 months and it's still yet to be completed, not that the claim of having to wait 4 months is bull crap.

EDIT:

Mine would be MKAY416 on the legacy Cali plate! Just trying to justify the cost at the moment...

They are cheap here in Kansas. $45 and it's good for five years. In Texas on my military plate it was $65 every year.

They cited it was too close to another place? Not sure since I am requesting on the new 1970s black legacy plate with yellow lettering. W213 being the code name for Merc E class
