I think customer surveys are good. Especially when the actual buyer is involved. However, in this situation the OP is adamant about screwing over the person selling the car. Doesn't work in this situation.

?!? The OP is concerned about screwing over his salesman which is why he posted this. As in, he does NOT want to do that...

I am the OP. The saleman was 15% of the problem. But if I do a bad survey, he gets 100% of the punishment. Yes I'm peeved, but I can see the guy is caught in the middle and needs the paycheck. So I won't stoop to their level. I also won't buy any more cars from him (I've purchased 6)
