Alright folks. I am looking at these two cars. Aside from the power difference what else is there on the S version that is not available on the non S version? I currently have an F80 M3 sitting at the port in Southern California, but I cannot take delivery because of hold issued by BMW. I have not taken delivery of the vehicle so I believe I still can walk away from the deal. I never signed any purchase agreement. I need 4 doors.

I'm assuming the electronic dff refers to an electronically-controlled variable mechanical differential (such as that found on the 458) rather than an electronic non-mechanical differential? Otherwise no sense why the C63 would have a mechanical and the C63S not...
