I've heard of a lot of examples of distracted driving, but this one probably takes the cake:

I think she should be charged with reckless driving AND have to attend defensive driving class AND 100 hours of community service with the understanding if this offense is repeated the above AND a suspended license will be next.
It's just plain stupidity to do anything as such behind the wheel in rush hour traffic. We take if for granted, but we are controlling 3-4000 lb object (vehicle) at ~ 50-70 mph, distracted. If one has the invincibility complex, fine, but don't put other innocent people at risk for your indiscretions.
