I think she should be charged with reckless driving AND have to attend defensive driving class AND 100 hours of community service with the understanding if this offense is repeated the above AND a suspended license will be next.

It's just plain stupidity to do anything as such behind the wheel in rush hour traffic. We take if for granted, but we are controlling 3-4000 lb object (vehicle) at ~ 50-70 mph, distracted. If one has the invincibility complex, fine, but don't put other innocent people at risk for your indiscretions.

 

I think she should be thrown in a jail cell with a rubik's cube and not allowed to leave until she can solve it faster than this guy.

 

I try to expect complete idiocy when I'm on the road, but this is a whole different category of dumb.

 

and if they crashed they would probably sue someone . This guy is an idiot
