Is that what you have on there now and want to change????

Are you wanting an aftermarket or more OEM look???

Because there are several cool looking OEM wheels for the newer model IS and GS that will fit your car. OEM wheels are made better and are much lighter than aftermarket wheels for the price point(ie under $1500 for a set). If you do go aftermarket, make sure you spend the $$$$ on a quality set, not crap from China that can crack, won't balance, and will catostrophically fail.

those look like "drug dealer" wheels if you ask me, LOL. Enkei make nice, good quality aftermarket wheels that can be reasonable.

Unfortunately, you're not likely to get a very smooth ride with wheels/tires like those, except on glass-smooth road surfaces....assuming they balance up correctly and the tires aren't out-of-round. Wheels like that, though, are generally too large, too large, and tire profiles too short, for a smooth ride over bumps and good impact-protection on potholes. And, I agree with Aron....i wouldn't use Chinese wheels.

I have 18's on my Lexus, and I will agree you give up a little bit of ride quality, but its not noticeable IMO unless you are on a really crap road. Mainly its the noise the low profile tires make, especially on concrete surfaces, and the noise they make when you hit a bump. You don't really feel it as much as hear it IMO. Anyways, I'd say the low profile tires did not ruin the ride on my car, but then again I would've gone with 17's if the roads in my area were utter crap, because except for maybe a couple of places the roads in TN are pretty good.

Good catch. I didn't know they were 18s. In the photo, they looked a little larger...but you're right. He did state they were 18s...I didn't catch it.

Dang, that's two threads in a row that I missed something in the first sentence (the first, of course, was about the little girl and the motorcycle). Might be time for me to start having some of that morning coffee in the afternoon LOL.

Sorry for all of the confusion the pictures are what I have on now. They are 20s but the car sat and got flat spots on tires! I want to go with something smaller but don't want it looking weird because my car is not dropped. The ride quality from these things is not the greatest and I can hear those low profiles humming like hell. Lol im not looking to spend an arm and a leg but want something with a better ride. What do you guys think I could get if I sold these? And what would a decent set of rims and tires run me? Thanks!

Tires are going to run you $125 to 175 a pop. Wheels, don't buy cheap chinese knock-offs of more expensive wheels. Stick with a company that has a good reputation that makes a quality product. A good budget wheel can also be an OEM wheel off a newer model Lexus.

Sometimes you can score them for a good price second hand or a dealer might be clearing out their inventory on ebay. That's where I got these for my SC300, they're a dealer accesory wheel, $900 out the door off ebay, new in box for the set.
