Base LC hybrid will be $92-95k +.

This is even higher price than I had speculated.
The luxury line is always more expensive in Spain, Germany and France as opposed to the UK or the US.

The LC500 will probably be around the 90k while the LC500h will be 95-100k.

Hoping those are not the final color options.... The blue depicted is very dark and the blue version I liked is not offered...

Could be moot since the prices appear way out of line if they come anywhere near the ones listed for Spain....

I don't think Lexus is going to sell very many LCh models.

I like that the hybrid is priced higher, as it is the signature version of the LC

why are the option packages priced differently?

They are not going to sell many at those prices. They are not going to sell many new LS's if they are pricing it near 90K either especially with a 6 cylinder now standard and the only engine offered so far.

To make hybrid competitive?

LSD, ARS and VGRS should have been individual options. As a matter of fact they should have been standard. If those things can be standard on GS450h in Europe I don't see how they cant be on flagship two door.

Lol using that logic, I could make the same argument if the LC started at 108k.

Go to post #2820 of this thread - I was pretty close.
Fully loaded will be $105-110k for V8, which is $100k +.

Hopefully the new TT V6 will be offered soon and be priced in $80s.

With that pricing and with how exotic the LC looks, it will definitely cut into 6 series and S coupe sales especially BMW 6 series, now that the 6 series is long in the tooth and looks so pedestrian.

That's the problem with current BMW coupes. They try to look classic and timeless but just come off as homely famlly sedans with 2 doors chopped off and some extra styling plastic bits slapped on to justify their price premiums over actual 4 doors. It's as if BMW ran out of developmental/design budget and gave up trying to truly differentiate between their sedan lines and their coupe lines.

Makes me feel like BMW coupe owners are chumps who got cheated off their money when they could have bought a much cheaper, same performing BMW sedan with almost the same lines and design details.

At least Lexus sedans and coupe look so much more different, especially in real life.
