IMO, this kind of stuff, though not as complex as early versions of BMW's I-Drive or Audi's MMI, is distracting when you are trying to keep your eyes on the road....I myself prefer not to fool with it when the car is moving (my own car has some of these same features). But, I realize that some of you may disagree with me, or otherwise don't have an problem with it. So, for those who do want it, or can otherwise drive and deal with video-screens at the same time, here is a handy quick-reference-guide to using the voice-command systems in a number of recent Lexus products. My guide to 5th generation Lexus nav systems: Give up.
The newer ones are significantly improved, to the point that I don't mind using them. Mine? Nope.
