2016 Lexus RX
CR just needs to give an opinion either way and stick to it. That is all that is needed. Just say you like or not, and let the other reviews do the same. Form your own conclusions without waiting for others to write theirs. Not sure why he had to bash that the RX has only 2 rows and mention the MDX and then all of a sudden he brings up the Lincoln MKX which has two rows. Bunch of Clowns At Clowns Reports.
Those so-called "Clowns" have been serving a lot of car-buyers, researchers, and leasees since 1936. That is considerably before my time...........and I myself am no spring chicken. If they were as incompetent as you suggest, they would have gone out of business decades ago.
Now.....I don't entirely agree with all of their comments about the new NX, or some of the specific language that they used to describe it in relation to a "worst" group of cars. But their general review of it was pretty much spot-on (I myself came to mostly the same conclusions on its road manners and graphic description). IMO, to accuse them of being clowns is absurd.

Regarding performance and consumption for the EU RX
RX 200t 0-100 km/h ( 62 mph ) 7,9 sec and top speed 200 km/h ( 125 mph )
RX 350 0-100 km/h 7,0 sec and 125 mph top speed.
RX 450h 0-100 km/h 7,7 sec and 125 mph top speed.
The only relevant difference in my opinion is the ( combined ) consumption where the 350 gets 9,0 l ( 26 mpg ) the 200t gets 7,9 ( almost 30 mpg ) and the RX 450h 5,3 l ( 44,3 mpg ) . That is an unbelievable huge difference and I guess it will be even greater in city driving

And actually ECO model listed there is 5.2l/100km. Some other errors on that site, shows 200t as 9.2s 0-100kmh and equipment levels are wrong too.

Might (?) be a shot of the new RX Hybrid. Many hybrids, because of the regenerative-braking effect where the drivetrain itself helps slow the vehicle when your foot comes off the gas pedal, put less stress and wear on the brakes than conventional vehicles, often allowing for the use of smaller rotors/calipers and less air-cooling for the brakes.
They are a bunch of Clowns at CR, I'm sure that they will say positive things when they have finished reading all the other reviews. And I'm also sure that they have a heavy subscriber list who own the Lexus RX, it fits right into their demographic.

If it's not the hybrid, then Hoovey does have an interesting point...the front rotors might (?) look a little undersized. But, without the 2016 specs (and I didn't see them all posted yet on the Lexus web site), we might not know the exact size of the rotors.
