It was the precursor to the 2IS and the IS-C, although a lot of lines on the concept, the roofline and the rear in particular, were lost in translation.

It's a concept. The thing with most concepts is that they never come into production, and if they do, they're very toned down because they have to conform to laws. They're supposed to be extravagant models to show what the designers are capable of creating and also give designers cues as to what people like about them for future models.
