tail lights and hazard lights wont work

tail lights and hazard lights wont work
hazard and tail lights wont work. when turn left signal light the signals all start blinking i have replaced the dimmer switch checked and changed fuse for tail lights and it keeps blowing. When i click my door unlock the alarm lights dont work either. HELP!!!
