Besides the wonderful dealer catering and banquet-hall customer appreciation events, and the royal treatment given by the GM all the way to the service reps, where Erin Park Lexus gets an A+ from me is in their passion of the F-Sport brand and connecting with their customers. Loved these events and looking forward to the next ones. Enjoy!

 

The dealers here don't do anything fun...

 

I get invites to dinners and showing of new models but never go. I should check it out sometime. What I need to do is see if they will have a driving event . That would be bad ***

 

Not a Lexus owner but a Honda owner, I do like the service department at the dealership I use, very friendly, free wifi, lounge chairs, free Apple products (iMac and iPads) to use to keep you busy, and free coffee, not bad for a 30-60 min service on my Honda CR-V. Once in awhile they do have some of the local radio stations and they give away free mugs and tshirts so I suppose that's pretty cool.

 

I couldn't do some of my CL reviews and write-ups if it wasn't for local area dealerships. They are not my only source, but a major one.
