Given that it is Seattle, I'm sure there's a "Prius Envy" joke in here somewhere...

But seriously, why would you allow this??? I wouldn't allow it to any of my cars, and they sure aren't Bugattis!

*sigh* what a shame. If that is true that the owner allowed it, I have a feeling when he realizes his mistake - the insurance company will tell him get it fixed with his own money.

It was a publicity stunt for a you tube prank channel, that paint can be washed off with water.
