To lower or not
I am debating lowering my LS460. I am concerned about tire wear issues as this is my daily driver 100 miles per day. 22 inch Niche Apex wheels. Any advice appreciated thanks

100 miles a day?
I wouldn't lower. But that's just me. I want my LS to coddle me for that long drive, which means minimizing road noise and imperfections, ergo regular suspension height and taller tires.
Air suspension though-- that's a whole new ball game...

My advice is Don't.
Why spend all that money for one of the best-riding luxury cars in the world (by today's standards) and then just screw it up with a lowered/more-firm suspension and lower-profile tires? PhilipMSPT, though, may have a point about the air suspension.
Welcome to CL, BTW. I see you are a brand-new poster. Glad to have you.

I'm unsure if they make any camber adjustment kits for this gen LS, but if so, that kit plus springs/coilovers (def recommend the module if you're on air) should keep your alignment in specs to avoid any tire wear concerns for your daily driving
