hahaha....pretty funny! but honestly, it would have been really tough for the tow truck driver to check the e-brake or that it was in gear....and its hard to tell how steep that road is from the video.

Looks like that guy was on a "Roll". 
For those of you who watch TruTV on cable, the crews of all three TV towing shows (South Beach Tow, Operation Repo, and Lizard Lick Towing) have made a major error like that at least once.
And I agree with CK6Speed. That Mazda3 was probably totalled from the street-rollover alone.....never mind the trip over the edge.
