If I saw that I would have called the cops. That looks like sketchy stuff. Anyone towing a car that costs more than a home should have it on a flat bed.

Even worse that the Bentley Contintental GT is AWD. That car is toast.
Edit: Going by the article the car was a victim of Hurricane Sandy, so the car was already toast before the tow.
