welcome. maybe someone here knows, but you might try adding a bit more context, such as what vehicle this is for, what the vendor is, maybe a link?

I think regardless of the specifics, if its for a Lexus the answer is "no". Don't waste your money.

Never heard of it but the name screams mass marketing

JDM Stage 3 Performance Chip sounds like a generically named scheme. Don't buy.

Any other way to boost my is250 performance? I currently hooked up greddy exhaust and intake.

There is no tuning available. That means you are left with bolts-ons for performance which are limited to Intake, Midpipe, Exhaust, Headers. Sounds like you got 2/4. Headers will give you the most hp. Intake and full exhaust system will net around 10hp total - mainly for sound
