the Jay Leno vid on http://www.mustang6g.com/ makes me want this car. I like how he mentions to the lead designer that it has some aston martin looks to it. i think its hokey that ford bought aston martin, stole the front grille, then dumped the company. its great mr. Leno at least mentions the astons influence on the new 'stain. but between the suspension upgrades and engine output ide really enjoy this car in its 5.0 form right out of the box. i wouldnt mod it all i dont think.

Not sure how the new Mustang is being called Fusionesque.
To me the front looks very much like the current Mustang.

Interesting video. That Mustang does look really nice in HD.

Off topic, it's pretty cool that Jay Leno still has his Ford Fiesta "Shogun", seen here at 11:30 --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBJODV_tyDA#t=11m30s

I remember reading about it in some car magazine when he first got it. Pretty cool "sleeper". http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/at-the...9-ford-shogun/

I think they all have a similar face.

A little off topic, but even the next Camaro is said to receive a corporate face.

Oh, and the rendering that I posted is based on the Code 130R Concept. Car and Driver believes it will play a role when it comes to the next Camaro.

Oh yeah, I remember that concept. A smaller RWD coupe for GM was being considered

That concept actually has the same wheelbase as the ATS. I also recall GM hinting that the next Camaro will move to the Alpha platform.

Camaro and Challenger have always been more porky than the Mustang so I wouldn't be surprised by the switch to something smaller

the mustang is much more attractive IMO than the challenger and Camaro. if I had a second choice the challenger would win. that body style isn't bad

looks like chevy is also trying to attain a single front end identity.

bmw and mercedes have been doing this for years and years.

Mazda, Ford, Lincoln, Buick etc.. almost everyone does it to some degree (some way more blatent than others) but I don't mind a little uniformity as long as the cars have personality.
