Yes, if toyota doesn't neuter this concept, there's nothing in this class that will rival it

Pretty stunning looking. Too bad it won't look like that.

For the right price, there's certainly a market for a Corolla hybrid. Between the Prius C and Prius and for those looking for a conventional sedan.

I think there will just be minor changes to the headlights, taillights, and wheels. Other than that it looks production ready to me.

there will be Corolla Hybrid world wide... question is, will it come to the USA? I think it will, since Camry Hybrid is here, why wouldnt there be Corolla as well? Plus, it will be produced in the USA as well.

Looks great. I think the main body and lighting will stay. It all looks plausible.
Yet another recent Toyota design that makes the Camry look like a rabie-infested junkyard mascot.

Wow that isn't bad at all. A Corolla hybrid makes plenty of sense.

looking at old pics, it is exactly the same body, with different rear lights and front end... the metal pieces of the car are exactly the same.

looking at the last two posts, why do they even bother with lowered concepts with big wheels of mainstream sedans? they never end up looking like the concepts.

Design and function, especially designers and engineers, are typically at odds.

Designers are at liberty to create almost anything.

Engineers must follow international and local automotive laws, ergonomics, technology, accessibility, size/space, comfort, texture, ride quality, noise requirements, chemicals, materials, electronics, build quality, structural integrity, ease of maintenance, ease of repairs; all the while within budget.

And we're talking about a $17k sedan here...
