That Prius v does not look like it has a big grille though, most of it is not actual grille.

Same look, a huge black hole.
Most of the other car's huge grill, look closer, more then half of it are blocked off with black plastic.

You might have chosen the wrong breed. The Toyota/Lexus spindle-grilles, IMO, actually look more like a classic English Bulldog.
