I would love to see Lexus do a very limited, 1 year run of this car as the LS F. I think the new LS will only last 2-3 years before a full redesign, but a limited production, short run of something like this would be an amazing statement for the brand.

This is a brand new car. Everything was redone. I bet TMG goes the route of AMG Black series type cars. F cars will be M or AMG, but TMG will be even further.

If they make this, I am buying one.

Haven't been interested in the LS since I bought my LS430.

What makes you say that? There is nothing new on this LS650, similar vehicles have been around for decades, AMG S63/S65, Bentley Arnage, BMW 760Li. Sure this LS650 won't be as reliable as a Corolla, but it is definitely ready for production and sure as hell will have much less problem then a AMG S63, Alpina B7, Audi S8 and Bentley Mulsanne.

i don't see how you can make that claim that it's "ready for production". for sure it's running fine, but between making something run and running reliably to a certain lexus standard are two very different things.

I just meant the hardwares on it is nothing not producible, I don't mean specifically that Lexus is done with the R&D on this particular LS650.

Stuff like the 918 Spider/Ferrari F70/Mclaren P1 (exotic hybrid) are cutting edge brand new technology, those are not quite ready for production yet.
