Default EZ fill tire alert

Saw the new Altima ad with a alert feature that tell you when you've reached the recommended air pressure with a horn beep while adding air to a tire.Nice feature.
There's a couple of other nice features on the Altima.

I like that featurue as well. A little off topic, but the new Ford Escape has that foot trunk opener thing. I wish my Mazda had that. I love it when things make my life a little easier.

Yeah, that's neat. BMW 3 series started that with the 2012 models.

That's the frustrating thing with Toyota/Lexus.
Much less expensive vehicles have nice features not in a Lexus.
Nissan, now the Honda Accord with it's blind spot camera. Then you have S550 amenities that blows away the LS..

yes of course, Altima has ez fill, accord has camera and S550 has some other stuff better LS.

Its like every toyota/lexus has to be better than every other car, combined.

do the audi/mb/bmw have blind spot camera? or ez fill? or 12.3" screen? or......... you cant ever win.

Ford didn't invent it, they're one of the first to get the technology from a supplier and offer it on a vehicle.

Early results are that a lot of women don't like the kick under the car system, especially if they're wearing heels. If they're on rough pavement they can lose their balance. Also, the elderly usually have to put a hand on the car/trunk to kick under, which can hinder the door/trunk from opening, defeating the purpose. Also, some people wearing sandals, etc are burning their feet when kicking too far under the car and hitting a hot muffler.

The new Accord Touring has LED headlights. (no, not just DRLs--headlights too). They never even offered HIDs, and they jump to LED headlights. Seems like maybe Honda is finally reading all the forums...

I would probably never buy any of NA Toyota's myself, is that a good answer? ;-).

But still, it is unfair to mix and match like that.

The first somewhat negative Toyota/Lexus post from you I've ever read.

You have to admit that Lexus is slow with luxury and even safety options. Also the 12.3" screen is nice but only 8" is NAV.I feel the whole screen NAV with a split screen option would be much better.
