I was in NJ this weekend visiting family. My brother in law works for BMW. Hw took me to the office and the lot was filled with Rolls Royces , BMW ( 1M, M5, M6, 6 series grand coupe, and a lot of 750s). I was excited to see the new M5 in the flesh and in my favorite color for the car.
It was crazy. I have never seen so many Rolls Royces in the same place. There were dozens. I was also surprised to see a few 1Ms. I was gawking when I should have been taking pics but it was awesome. The had a bunch of 6 series 4 doors ( in matte), and every mini cooper model on the market
I love the M5. Always have and always will. They went on sale about 3-4 weeks ago .. I have a feeling that the driver of this car had it before it was on sale.
Yup!! They even had the name of the board members who were going to get the cars hanging from the rear view. ( 7 series as well). My brother in law gets a new car every 10k miles. Great perk
I was reading a review today where it was given third place when the magazine compared it to the AMG E63 and the Audi RS6. I was surprised to see that. I will admit I wasnt feeling the chrome on the side either but I have a feeling I would get over it after I drove the car
Not impressed with almost all of the new BMWs, M models are slightly better looking but still not attractive enough. I think the new Kia's look better than most BMWs.

Saw a new M5 a couple weeks ago and it looked pretty damn good. The new 5, and for that matter the 3, is very nice. I think both are real improvements over the E60 and E9x.
I would have probably tripped on a curb or two, just star struck by so many great cars. I was in Atlanta this summer and I almost thought I was at Bentley dealership.
