Default Hello 2000 Sienna XLE, so long 4runner.

That 4runner to haul my Shopsmiths around in, just rode too rough for my old body, so I bought a 2000 Sienna XLE to do it, and it rides like a car, you guys should have told me how rough the 4runners rode.... my Ls likes the XLE..

Looks nice. We used to have a Chrysler Town & Country LXI. Those big "mini vans" are hard to beat for practicality. A nice AWD one with 300hp V6 might be the perfect vehicle if you don't have to tow anything.

Nice and having the sliding door will be much easier to load up.
Now you know we're going to tease you... (I'm not aware of a comparable van in Japan at the time.)

good grief........ is your axle broke??? smiles....
after getting bounced around in the 4runner, I knew it had to go, but I wanted a Toyota, and found this Sienna with good complete history and got it for 3400$.. very smooth going down the road..

If it doesn't have the auto sliding door or doors you shouldnt have any issues with it.

Congrats, always like Sienna, any year. Make sure change the oil every 3k miles, the v6 engine is famous for oil sludge problem.

What the above said. Change the oil religiously and hopefully you don't have auto-sliding doors. Our 99 has a auto-door on the passenger side and it is nothing but a huge PITA. Stupid lazy people ruining everything for the rest of us. Ours rides like *** now, but it has 190k miles and needs shocks.

My parents had a 2000 XLE up through 2010 and put over 120K miles on it. A/C crapped out and it was going to cost several thousand to repair so we ditched it. Got a Ford Transit Connect for delivery duties now and it's perfect. Definitely not as nice as a Sienna, but suits the job perfectly.

really? we have dual auto doors in our '01 and they work perfectly fine.

220,000 miles or so, still dailly driven, on it's second motor unfortunately.

Perhaps they've fixed the doors, but in 99 the door is a real PITA. Fortunately we only have one power-door. Sometimes it refuses to shut(as though there were an obstacle). Other times it just won't latch etc. It's not a very good setup IMO.
