If it has the notorious 3.0L V6, which I believe was used in the 3Gen 2006 models before being replaced by the 3.5L, the 3.0L was noted for sludge/gel/failure issues if the oil and filter weren't changed religiously. If regular oil changes can't be documented or proved, I'd avoid it.

Ahh...I just saw this. I automatically thought that the 2006 GS300 used the same 2JZ-GE that it used in it's predecessors. I was thinking that the 2JZ was bulletproof, but now you've brought this to my attention. I'm don't have any experience with the 3GR, so I have no idea how well they last compared to the 2JZ.
Judging from the maint records, all maint work was performed by a certified Lexus dealership, so it seems pretty decent on that end. It doesn't show anything not done by the dealership, so I have no clue if it was done every 3000 miles.
