I actually think this is REALLY cool. The bodykit looks amazing, and obviously the powerplant is a beast.

But they couldn't think of a better place to apply the GTR's mechanicals?

Horrible...at least it will quickly get out of my eyesight. They look like bugs in Starship Troopers, most all of their SUVs.
