No it does not look like a total loss, actually not to upset, they were competing in the Targa Newfoundland rally, with I think to much power, but they were driving the car the way the real Enzo Ferrari intends, to the limit in a race !!

a completely flooded million dollar car not a total loss??? am i missing something here. not only do you have the visible water damage but what about if water gets into places you cant see, pcm, engine, transmission, misc fluids, the list goes on and on. and the water bound engine is sure to not turn over. most wouldnt begin teardown and dry out as sson as they get the car home. not to mention the fact of the one in a million idiot who would try to start a soaking wet car or even turn the key on and short every electrical system in the car.
and lets just say u get all the water out the connection will still have residual moisture in them and corroid/rust
im not trying to argue or call u an idiot just showing you the other side of the fence
If I can come up with the $6000 for "Targa Newfoundland" I would totally do it for 2012. It be awesome racing around the rock.
My brother in law and myself would like to do it in the future. We were thinking of running awd turbo . Older Evo,STI, Audi 2.0l turbo, or the celica awd turbo from back in the day
