Default Need help identifying a Lexus leather headrest

I recently came across a Lexus headrest with the original leather care tag still on it. The only problem is I cannot identify which model or year it fits. I've gone to 2 Lexus dealerships and still can't get an answer. I know it's kind of a shot in the dark, but I'm hoping that someone with some expertise can point me in the right direction as far as identifying it.

About 9" height
Almost 11" across at the widest point.
Stainless steel stems are about 6" long from the base of the leather
1/3" diameter of the stem
5.25" between stems
Headrest tilts

Awesome I appreciate your expertise! Any idea if the driver & passenger are interchangeable?

It definetly an LS460 headrest. I just conditioned the leather in my car today so I was up close and personal with them today. I like the way the back of the head rest is also wrapped in leather
