Lights remind me of a Kia Sorrento. Don't know why they changed it to that extreme.

Not sure about you, but I have plenty of opportunities to use all that power in LA... 
If you didn't already have an F, I'd say S5, but going from an F to an S5 is quite a drop in performance, so I'd say M3. However, It looks like you are enamored with the styling of the S5 though, so you should just go with S5. I think the S5 definitely looks better and classier inside out.
S5s are rare, but at the same time they are not that distinct from the A5, and those are quite common in LA. So the rarity factor is not really there.
