Veyron was starting to walk him down.

And here is a Veyron against a GT-R Jury (730hp) doing pretty much whatever it wanted to against it.

Would seem kinda obvious that the Veyron wasn't all in as I don't see an extra 70hp putting a GTR at warp speed to put bus lengths on a Veyron.
