SWEET parking garage find!

I'll admit that when I saw this car, I had absolutely NO idea what it was. It was the first car to stump me. It has so many features that seem to be pulled from other cars so yeah, I was lost!
Not sure what this beauty was doing parked on campus today...Prof's ride maybe? There was the state 4H competition today for tons of topics so maybe a parent brought their kid in style

Noble? Never heard of it before this. The 4-lug wheels made me think it was some kit-car.
