Wheels do have that Lexus-esque look to them. Don't think it is aggressive enough in the looks dept to be the next GS, not tomention the stance is WAYYYY too tall. Tail lights remind me of the current ES and the car looks to be about the right size overall . Gonna go out on a limb here and call it as the face lifted ES.

Given the ride height, it almost looks like a AWD vehicle, which would lead me to thinking it's a Subaru sedan...? AWD GS?

Looks very Lexus to me. Check out the sideview mirrors (IS/ES). If it's not the next GS or ES, my second idea would also be the Nissan Altima.
