All brands use the Michigan plates.
I've seen Lexus, Toyota, Mercedes, Nissan, Hyundai cars all with Michigan plates.
In California.

The rear window kink is visible through the camo.

Props to their camo dept. That is a great job of disguising.

This is RWD and I wouldn't be surprised if it's the next GS.

I was the first to call it and Im sticking to my guns. Looks like the new GS. For me its the roof line and the height of the hood. Even the wheels look Lexusesque

^Wheels look exactly like this, too:
I also think this could be the 4GS...possibly the next ES.

Isn't it still a little too early for the next GS to show up?

Michigan "M" plates (manufacturer plates) can be decoded by the numbers, but they don't have company names.

This has to be a Lexus, aren't those the rims off the 07-08 GS lineup? The second pic reminds me of the current gen GS somewhat , has to be a new GS.

I keep my eyes open in AZ. They always send the new test cars here for the summer to get data on the hot weather testing.
