Scam or Legit: Increasing Power

^For every make and model, it's always the same, 60 hp increase.
I think that should be enough to consider it being a scam, but you never know.
Also, if it is a scam, what are some legit ways to increase hp and torque to your car? ie, audi, bmw, lexus, mercedes?

Scam. If you really want to do this, you can do it for $1 at radio shack. Probably not worth your time.

SCAM!! 60 hp gains are possible if your car has fi. A flash generally speaking adjusts timing and gives you a more aggressive fuel map. With a N/A you will get a a max of 7-15 hp. The big thing that yelled scam to me is that the guy has a tune for every car, most reputable tuners stick with one brand, GIAC, APR, MTM, Oettinger, Stassis, they all stick with VW, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Lambo. Brabus, Lorinser, Renntech, Carlsson, work with MB. For BMW you have Hammann, A/C Schinnzer(sp). These are just a few well respected companies that work with the Germans.
With the computer age any kid with access to a laptop and some ebay tunning software can start a tunning company. Thats why when it comes to modding you do it right or you end up wasting your money or spending more to have a real tuner fix it.

from the LOL in your post, im assuming you're joking.. but even at the bottom of the picture advertisement you posted.. it looks like it decreases air flow..
thank god for my fluid mechanics course in engineering lol.. theres really no way to increase the amount of air going into your intake unless you're using a pump.. a fan like that would be really detrimental to performance..

You should know from fluid mechanics an unpowered fan blade has no effect on whether the flow would be turbulent or not.
