Pricing was just announced in UK at £128,000. That translates to about USD 215k, but that's never an accurate measure - better to compare the GT3 RS 4.0's UK price to other UK models to get a ratio, and then apply that factor to US pricing of those models, which would get a figure around 170-175k.
That's a lot for a 911, but given how many Porsche enthusiasts buy a new GT3 RS every gen (and some even every refresh!) I wouldn't be surprised if some track guys ****** these 600 units up. It's an incredible machine - still can't believe they get 500hp out of a 6cyl, and in all, it's lighter than the 997.2 GT3 RS, too.
EDIT: Chris Harris just posted this on his twitter:

Feels like Porsche will stay with the flat-6 for as long as they can, there are still tons of other stuff they can do........turbo, electric assist, I think the biggest and easiest thing is reduces weight. The 997 is still mostly steel, it barely got any aluminum on it, let alone carbon fiber.
I think weight reduction is the future as power for internal combustion engine are pretty much maxed out. Modern cars are so heavy, there are tons of weight reduction available.
Power will stay the same + less weight = faster cars.

On the other hand, the Sport Classic and Speedster is ridiculously price at $200k+, they are nothing more then a C2S with a minor power package and some trim changes. They should worth $150k at best.
