XF looks significantly better than GS to my eyes.

No doubt where some of XF styling cues came from.

And I also remember reading awhile back that the production XF design was finalized a couple years before the concept XF was designed. So technically the concept XF was based off of the production XF. That would also explain why the 2012 XF is only now getting the sleek headlights. So what Callum is saying could be right.

But with all that said, it doesnt matter to me as I too think the XF looks waaay better than the already good looking 3GS as well.
