This is basically a DB9 replacement.
Yeah, funny how people can't tell which Aston this is based on. Shows how similar the line is getting.
This is a DB9 with a new front end. Should have just replaced the DB9 but it's going to be more expensive. The DB9 looks better and more expensive than this car, to be honest.

This is a homage to the original Aston Martin Virage, which is apparently one of the lesser-known Aston Martins.

I seriously do not understand how this made sense to Aston Martin. Its more than just lazy designers, its stupid management. I guess I have to go back and read the press release cause I see no compelling reason to spend more to get this over a DB9. Did they even touch the interior.

I love Aston Martins, I think they're beautiful, and my dream car could possibly be a DBS. But I just saw this new car and, while beautiful (all Astons are, they have the same design features and this one's no different), I think it looks just like a DB9 and don't understand what this is. They say it slots between the DB9 and DBS.
Anyone got a clue?

Beautiful lines but I think the designers at Aston MArtin are almost as lazy as the designers at Porsche's 911 team. They should try to differentiate the styling of the models more. Lambo as well.
