Is this invite only? When I tried to register for Chicago it says "You don't have access to register for this event"

I see you can get a $1,000 certificate for the lease or purchase of a Lexus vehicle when you attend an event. Makes me wish I was in the market for a new car.

 

Same here for the Texas one.

 

I might go to the one at the Texas Motor Speedway.

Does it have to be a brand new Lexus? I want an IS350, but I don't want a brand new one....

 

According to the FAQ, they are only accepting 200 applicants at each event...

but fine print on the registration page says:
If you do not see your preferred time, the time slot is currently at capacity. Please select one of the other times or call The Lexus Concierge Line at (888) 747-4504 to be added to a waiting list for your preferred time.

Haven't tried to call yet but want to...

 

It specified any "new" Lexus vehicle.

did it the last time they did an f-sport + LFA event out in fontana and loved it.

 

I called the number just now. The event is by invitation only and all invitations have already been sent out.

There is no chance whatsoever to get on the list.
