I'm having some issues with my car and I'm quickly learning that Lexus' customer service is not always all that it's cracked up to be. I find the behavior/service of the socalled "specialisits" at the customer satisfaction center to be not so satisfactory. I'd like to pursue my case with someone higher up than those people before I'm forced to contact my litigator. Anyone has a useful address or phone number? If possible, please e-mail me with it.

I hope I don't have a lemon, but I want to be prepared should things escalate while trying to resolve. My 07 GS performance has considerably changed since I did the valve recall service and other services.

Lemon law only applies for the first 24 months after in service date.
