either way...dumb...gonna ruin the looks of the car or worse, the paint job..but i guess people over there have too much money..shouldnt matter to them anyways.

It's not really dust, it's the thing happens after rain, I guess I can call it dirt? it gets thicker if you move it in one place. But with that details, I have no idea how he did it.
