Not very luxurious and a desperation tactic to keep people buying. Again, we know the TL and ES used to sell tit for tat and the TL has been a huge dud.
Thanks for the numbers guys!
BMW 19,064 +16.4%
Lexus 18,595 -0.4%
MB 17,367 +7.0%
Pretty close, a surge likely due 5-series. Lexus is flat, but still in the hunt, and actually widened its margin vs. MB by over a 1,000 units. LS topped the flagship segment for first time since January. Of course, based on recent data, the lease rate for Lexus is something like 30% whereas for its rivals is twice that.

Quite frankly thus far Lexus needs to really be happy sales are not worse.
Panamera sales are AMAZING.
QX sold very well (including blowout of old models). I'm still not impressed with M sales as they are 50% less than the last model first year to first year. G37 has a $319 sedan/$339 coupe lease and you can't beat that value.
A4 had a dismal month, inventory maybe?

wow just googled QX and they got deals on them already

the new lacross is pretty nice and out does the GS in every way.
get over the branding and look at the car at face value

Wow, Ford did not have a great month. Focus got crushed by Corolla and Camry had roughly double the sales of the Fusion. Also yet another month of the new Sonata under 20K units. Camry sales were roughly double that of the Sonata. The Altima even outsold the Sonata for the month. That's a huge increase for Elantra sales, must have been an incentives push.
Camry outsold the Accord big-time, and is now #1 again for the year. Accord has no chance now of outselling the Camry this year. The Camry is just an unstoppable force sales-wise, just like Ford's F-Series.
Great for Lexus considering everything. Good for BMW, not that great for the 5 Series. Amazing for the E Class, this is a smash hit for Benz. Benz deserves success with this new E Class IMO, I think the car looks stunning and is the best Benz model in years.
Go Subaru, awesome sales!
Total fail over at Acura. That brand needs to be shut down.
Thanks for the laughs. Funniest statement I've read on the CL forums in a while.

By the way, I think the Highlander for MY 2011 should be getting a facelift, and possibly the 6-speed auto added. At least, I would hope that will be the case.
I'm more excited about the next-gen Camry personally, and that should be coming soon.
