sorry guys but that tire isnt stretched. They just mounted to the middle of the wheel. The side walls arent even that stretched.IMHO this is only making the car look ugly, unsafe, and ruin performance.

Urr ... no. Bosouzoku is the name for a type of gang, a gang that ride motorcycles typicaly, but it does extend to cars as well .

The hair style is call the "regent" style over here, actually pronounced "Ri-zen-toh". And it is sported not only by gang members, but ordinary people as well.

As for the wheel stretching, yes there are idiots over here who drive around on wheels like this, and to make things worse they usually drive with their family in them. It it unsafe for them and the people around them, I just wish the police did more about it.
