Default Saw my first Tesla on the road!

Not a MB CLK Black series but I do have a pic. My wife and I were exiting the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side, and I had to snap this shot while she was at the wheel. I didn't get an opportunity to snap a profile shot but it definitely has road presence. I totally forgot they were on sale already as I have yet to see one on pavement until today. However I'm really interested in that Model S sedan. Now that's sexy!

It was fortunate to meet with the guy that ships the cars from southern ca to their dealership in Menlo Park and watched while he unloaded them. Those things are FAST!

I saw it a few times in SF Bay Area... the car is actually quite small, think Lotus size.

Their HQ is about 2 minutes from where I work so I see them fairly regularly.

I see an orange one very frequently. I think me and the Tesla driver have similar schedules

I've see one around my area quite a few times, seems like it's a daily driver. Also seen a black one around too.

Also... because you mentioned it...

Yes... a Mercedes CLK AMG Black Series.

It's based on a Lotus chassis so yes it is almost exactly the same dimensions as a Lotus Exige/Elise.

I've only seen one in Boston once, it was driving down Newbury. I forgot the color and didn't have a decent camera/camera phone on me at the time.

I've seen a few around the Philly area. Glad to see that they are spreading throughout the country. I'd rock one as my DD and have a GS450h as my long distance vehicle if I had the means....which I do not.

I live in a condo, even if I had the means to buy one I wouldn't be able to charge my vehicle. It would mean I would have to buy a house or townhouse, which I'm not ready for. Yardwork and me don't get along.

HQ is in Palo Alto, CA. So Silicon Valley is littered with teslas, I see them almost a few times a week. Those geeky engineers love gadgets like this.

lol, no one does their own yardwork in CA . Its 80-100 bucks a month for mexican laborer and they make your yard look damn good. Also in the warm weather states we have to take care of your yard year round.
