Wow, $85 for the hybrid!!!! That is crazy! My wife always said she would consider getting the Porsche is 3-4 years when she was done with the RX 450h, but at almost twice the price I don't know. I guess it is certainly in Ranger Rover territory though. I

They look sexy though and I would of course rock a turbo!

well you have to agree though the rx and cayenne are in completely different league. i would put cayenne together with the gx, q7, etc... that plus the hybrid, i think 80k is about right (not that i "approve" the price).

The market for a Turbo Cayanne or a Hybrid Cayanne for that matter is soooooooooooo small its not even funny. Even at those prices I dont think we will be seeing many of them on the road

The Turbo used to be like 93k and the Turbo S was 112k...seems expensive for "only" a Turbo...

these models are never meant to be mainstream, it's just for the slight supply and demand, much like the current models. just like the mb s600 and the bmw 760il.

I am sure they will add the GTS later when the sales kinda slow down. may be in 2 or 3 years.

Yeah, the GTS brought the manual here 4 years after the first Cayenne.

I am actually preferring the old bodystyle but the new interior is fantastic.

New Cayenne S is basically old GTS, no manual and slightly slower
Hybrid S is similar to old S
GTS and Turbo S "blended" into new turbo

Note on personalized builds:
Porsche Cayenne Turbo= $118,300
BMW X5 M- $99,800

Hmmmmmmmm....

By far my favorite Cayenne.
Even my service advisor (Porsche North Scottsdale) said the best value in Cayenne's is the GTS. I asked, "even over the Turbo?" answer was "yes"

The low price of the regular v6 cayenne looked attractive. Then I added 30k of basic options that Lexus would offer in a package totaling no more than 10k. wow!

I do love this suv though. Very nice inside and out.
