You'd think that if it was there long enough to get two boots and a notice on the window, that the police would have impounded it by now.....or the Campus Police would have turned it over to them.

 

A commonly-used term for law enforcement. In most cases, I don't agree it is merited.

The parking ***** at Rutgers are insane, every single week they switch up the parking lot restrictions on purpose so if you park in student parking this week, next week its a faculty only lot and they tag you with tickets. And the next week the designated visitor's lot gets changed, and the following weeks the usual after hours open to public lots get changed etc.

Also, if they aren't parking ***** then why do they bother patrolling the parking lots at 9 at night? The parking office doesn't even open past 5!

 

I think mmarshall's point is: let's not compare those that are agressive in writing parking tickets with those who exterminated millions of innocent people.
