Driver crashes through 6th Fl garage wall

Oh wow. Strong enough impact to break through walls and looks like the rear is clean. Poor cars on the ground that got bashed by the bricks :/

"Police said the car was in reverse on the other side of the parking garage when the driver's foot got stuck on the gas pedal. He wasn't able to stop before the car crashed through the wall."

I thought the brake-override feature is on every MB? Or did the guy not even try to brake?

And how did the pedal get stuck in the first place? Big foot/shoe?

lol maybe he was busy with his right foot forgot to use his left foot to brake?

just glad that he was able to brake in time otherwise he would be.....

There's no such thing as a stuck pedal (unless something lodges it).
I can say with 100% certainty that the old man never hit the brake.Hundreds of cases like this happen in all car makes. People step on the gas thinking it's the brake and continue pressing even as the car speeds out of control.
