What in the hell does "Ricey" means? Im kinda slow on those kinda terms. Can someone show me examples?

1st page googled on "car rice"....mostly associated with 2 particular brands I won't mention but it clearly has spread to any brand, including Lexus, BMW etc.

LOL. I think i get it now. Basically means a car(imported) has been over done with MODs and accessories. So what do you call domestic cars thats done the same way?

Race inspired cosmetic enhancements. enhancements that offer no real function.

GT wing, loud exhaust, tow hooks, non-functional hood scoops & side vents, ugly body kit, racing stripes/ugly paint job, a lot of vinyl stickers. plus they all seem to have altezza lights.

I would describe a ricey car as an under powered vehicle that has been modified to make lots more noise than normal to give the appearance of high performance. I would liken it to putting playing cards in the spokes of your bicycle to make it sound like it has a motor
