Best city compact: Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla
Best family sedan: Toyota Camry (how many places on earth is this car made, they also have hybrids, every manufacturer looks at the this car)
Best sport compact: BMW 1 Series
Best convertible: ????? can decide here
Best luxury sedan: S550 (Enough said, the class leader, the car that redefined flagship luxury)
Best crossover: Toyota RAV4...This is the true benchmark when it comes to SUV's
Best SUV: Toyota Highlander...hard to beat this vehicle.
Best pick-up: F150
Best exotic: R8 v10 5.2....Enough said and it is not overpriced.
Best family sedan: Toyota Camry (how many places on earth is this car made, they also have hybrids, every manufacturer looks at the this car)

(Car-based): Lexus RX
(Truck-based): Toyota Land Cruiser/Lexus LX570 (twins)...they aren't used all over the Third World for nothing.
Best pick-up: Ford F-150 King Ranch...the cowboy in a tux.
Mike, looks like we see eye-to-eye on several categories here, except that I listed the Lexus RX in the car-based SUV category.
