Parked and Left Alone
I was heading out for my nightly 3 mile walk along the coast and I came upon this 2 blocks from my house. I think what suprised me the most was that the car was left alone for more than an hour that I know of. I live in a pretty safe area of Southern California but would be very uncomfortable leaving a $1.7M car parked on the street and walking away. Though I will say they did park the car next a police station, that is the two story craftsman house in the background. Sorry for the crappy cell phoe pics but it is all I had with me.

i too am surprised it was left on the street like that, even if it is a safe neighborhood. that kinda looks like huntington beach pd behind the car. if it is, its definitely safe from any sort of theft or crime. the only thing id worry about would be bird droppings, as there are a lot of power lines and trees in the area. great looking veyron though...
The last pic reminds me of Manhattan beach area for some reason lol
Anywho, i agree with Faymester, if they can afford to buy it, they can afford to park it anywhere. But i still wouldnt feel comfortable just leaving 1.7mil sitting there all alone

That is exactly what I said. I had a hard walking away, I just wanted to stay there and stare at it. Really an amazing car, and was not aware that the engine is open to the outside, no cover on it.
