It isn't the absolute worst thing I've ever seen, but I thought it looked bad without any tint, not to mention that it has green underglow, but you can't see that from this pic

That is absolutely hideous.

 

With wheels/tires that size, the speedometer/odometer will likely be a "fail"...or at least, reading significantly off.

 

Probably GREEN. New/inexperienced drivers often don't realize that significantly oversized wheels can screw up the speedometer and odometer readings, though just how much (or if at all) depends on the tire's outside rolling diameter.
